*** [SPOILER ALERT] *** ----- Read AFTER watching film.



Plot:

David Thomas (Dante Williams) and Lucasz Ostrowski (Piotr Ochmanski) casually saunter across to the park, and discuss a girl called Jessica, whom they both like. After David blurts out his feelings for her, Lucasz reveals that he likes her too but claims she always ignores him. His friend does not find this statement untoward, and dismissed it as a normal habit for her.

Back at David's house, he asks his Polish friend whether he would like something to eat. Lucasz declines but they agree to play a little XBOX before he leaves. As they walk down the hallway, Lucasz hears the sobs of David's mother from upstairs. He claims it has been this way for three hours now and, estranged, he decides to leave.

David sits down on the sofa, only to hear the volume of his mother's weeping increase but then stop abruptly. He then hears a familiar dripping of water and goes upstairs. He finds the bathroom door closed and knocks. After getting no response, he musters courage to open the door which had not in fact been locked. David was somewhat built up, but now relieved.

However, David goes into his mum's room and finds some documents. He infers from a Guardian Online article and two letters from the Hendon Psychiatric Hospital that he is in fact in a catatonic state at their facility and has been this way for a total of three years. David could not accept the gruesome events he saw at the Park; the brutal killing of his best friend Lucasz by a gang - who denied murder, but admitted manslaughter. He also deciphers a terrifying situation he is now in. The hospital have attempted a new treatment that will either SCARE the person into the "real" world, or put them into complete and permanent "limbo" or paralysation.

David cannot believe what he reads in these letters, dismissing them as lies and getting a little agitated. Again, he hears the dripping water.

Slowly getting up to investigate, he walks into the bathroom door. He looks around.

Behind him, from the adjacent shower, a clown walks slowly out of the tub.

The creature grabs David's shoulders.

The screen goes black.
